Information you choose to provide

CyBuild Engineering Solutions uses information that you intentionally submit through email or website forms for project communication, professional-resource review, collaboration, and business administration.

Information is not sold to advertisers. Submitted project or professional information may be shared with engineering professionals or service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform requested work.

Save progress on this device

The Resource Profile offers an optional “Save progress on this device” control. It is off by default. When enabled, the draft is stored only in that browser for up to 30 days and is not sent to CyBuild until the form is submitted. Turning the control off or successfully submitting the profile clears the saved draft.

Website improvement analytics

CyBuild may collect limited, non-personal interaction events—such as page views, form sections reached, validation errors, optional-section use, idle-assist use, artwork previews, download-format choices, device class, and approximate completion time—to identify confusing or ineffective parts of the experience. These events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, or form-field contents.

Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information through a public website form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.
