A grease waste processing plant located in Anaheim, California.  This tenant improvement project includes large industrial strainers, holding tanks, and passage for grease tank trucks to unload waste collected from community restaurant grease interceptors.  CyBuild worked with a team of MEP & Structural engineers to provide full service construction documents to the plant owner with facility personal representation in 2019.

A dental surgery center located in Redlands, California.  This tenant improvement project includes an operating room, dental offices, nurses station, reception and waiting area.  CyBuild worked with a team of MEP designers to provide full service construction documents to architect under owner representation in 2020-2021

A high capacity commercial laundromat located on Florida Ave in Hemet, California.  This tenant improvement project includes 70 washing machine units and 34 dryer units with ample work surface, seating and vending machines for the local community needs.  CyBuild worked with a team of MEP designers to provide full service construction documents to architect under owner representation in 2021-2022

A mixed-use ground up project located on Rosemead Blvd in Temple City, California.  Four stories of multi-family residential with retail and restaurant commercial space on the ground level.  Basement level enclosed parking garage.  Rooftop/mezzanine private roof decks, fitness and community centers, open area/courtyard, live-work residential units and balconies on all upper floors.  CyBuild worked with team of MEP professionals providing construction administration services to architect, owner and contractors for plumbing construction in 2021-2023.

A residential multi-tenant home on a lot split in Tustin, California.  One 2-story building with a 3-bedroom 2-bath, living room and kitchen on each floor.  Including a 2-car garage and individual utilities.  CyBuild worked with team of MEP professionals to provide plan check review and approval of construction documents for owner in 2022.

A multi-family residential community of residential buildings totaling 287 apartment units located on 5th Ave. in Perris, California.  The total of 17 structures is situated on a thirteen acre parcel and includes a clubhouse, fitness building, community center, playgrounds, firepits and barbeques in common areas.  Parking is all on ground level in enclosed private garages with guest parking throughout the community.  CyBuild worked with a team of MEP professionals providing full services construction documents to architect under investor representation in 2022-2023.
